How to Configure WooCommerce Fedex Add-on

  1. Login to your FedEx account, then go to this link: http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/
  2. Click on FedEx Office Web Services or go to this link: http://www.fedex.com/us/developer/web-services/office/index.html
  3. Click on Move to development link (https://www.fedex.com/us/developer/web-services/office/process.html?tab=tab2)

4. Click on Get Test Key button

5. On the form, enter all the required information and submit the form.

6. Wait for the email which has the title which goes something like “Your developer Production Key Registration is complete”.

7. Once you have the email, go to your WP Dashboard, and go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Fedex (Basic).

8. Fill in the following fields:

FedEx Account Number (From email: Test Account Number)

Fedex Meter Number (From email: Text Meter Number)

Web Services Key (displayed after you submitted the form)

Web Services Password (From email: Test Password)

9. To test if the set up is successful, try adding a product(s) on your shopping cart. On the cart page, under Cart Totals section, click on Calculate Shipping to enter the shipping destination. After you click Update Totals, Fedex options should appear.

10. Then, it’s now time to move to production.

11. Go back to step 1,2, and 3, but on step 3, choose Move to Production instead.

12. Then click on Get Production Key

13. Complete and submit the form, and wait for your email with the title which is something like “Your developer Production Key Registration is complete ”

14. Fill/replace the values on the following fields on Fedex settings from the values sent to you via email:

FedEx Account Number (Your Account Number)

Fedex Meter Number (From email: Production Meter Number )

Web Services Key (displayed after you submitted the form)

Web Services Password (From email: Production Password )

To test if the set up is successful, try adding a product(s) on your shopping cart. On the cart page, under Cart Totals section, click on Calculate Shipping to enter the shipping destination. After you click Update Totals, Fedex options should appear.
